Appointments and prices

Appointments with Ja Fades at Rasul Fades are booked through Booksy. Select the service and time you want and review the price and all terms before confirming. A visit to this website or a click on a booking button does not reserve an appointment. Keep your booking confirmation.

Deposits, late cancellations and missed appointments

Any required deposit, cancellation deadline, late-cancellation fee or missed-appointment fee must be disclosed in your booking process. The terms presented when you book apply to that appointment. This website does not add a separate fee or cancellation deadline.

Cancel or reschedule through your Booksy confirmation as soon as your plans change. If you are running late, contact Ja Fades using your booking details. A late arrival may require an adjustment or rescheduling, depending on the time available.

Refund requests and service concerns

Contact Ja Fades directly with your appointment date and a short description of your concern. Refund eligibility for deposits or cancelled appointments depends on the terms disclosed when booking and applicable law. If something about your completed service needs attention, let Ja Fades know so he can review it with you. This policy does not promise or exclude a refund in every case and does not limit your legal rights.
